The staff were helpful. The room was small, but nice and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful with hot water and clean. The problem with the basin was solved quickly. The bed was lovely and the room was clean.

Convenient location to O2 Arena and Excel Centre. Short walk to tube station and cable cars. Clean rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Helpful reception staff. Great view of water upon request. Hotel bar with plenty of drink options. Comfortable beds with easy temperature control. 10/10 breakfast next door at adjoining hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. The room and shower were perfect, and the bed was comfy. The hotel was conveniently close to the Emirates cable cars, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were pleasant and professional, providing excellent service.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms werenice and neat, and the maid service was excellent. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the cable car and the DLR. there were decent places to eat nearby.
The staff could be rude and unhelpful, with poor communication. There was a lack of information provided, both by the staff and in the rooms, regarding important details like Wi-Fi access and how to address any issues with the room.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location, just a few minutes' walk from Royal Victoria DLR station, makes it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms with a great view over the dock are a real treat, especially with the window open.
All in all, this hotel was satisfactory and nothing major needs improvement.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel near the river, with a stunning view of the O2 and Emirates Air cable car. The location was perfect, just steps away from the DLR station and the Excel centre. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with ample wardrobe space. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with helpful and accommodating staff. the breakfast was delicious and served quickly, making for a great start to the day.
One slight downside was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms during the weekend nights.
